CANCELLATION POLICY
A 50% deposit is required to book all appointments. This deposit goes toward your service and is refundable or transferable only under certain conditions: Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours notice to receive your deposit back. Reschedules also require a minimum of 24 hours notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit is non-refundable. If you reschedule within 24 hours, a new deposit will be required for your next appointment. If you no-show (miss your appointment without notice), your deposit is non-refundable. Multiple no-shows may result in being blocked from booking future appointments. As a solo business owner, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Without enough notice, I’m unable to fill that time — thank you for understanding and respecting this policy. LATE POLICY: There is a 7-minute grace period for all appointments. If you’re running late, please reach out as soon as possible. I’ll always do my best to accommodate, but: If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, your service may need to be shortened to fit the time remaining. For certain services, arriving more than 7 minutes late may result in a cancellation, and your deposit will be non-refundable. Thank you for your communication, courtesy, and understanding.
